F9 star John Cena compared the upcoming fight between Dom and Jakob Toretto in terms he personally relates to: a wrestling match.

Cena spoke to Entertainment Weekly about his Fast & Furious debut as Jakob Toretto, the long-lost brother of Vin Diesel's Dom. Cena described Jakob as the "polar opposite to Dom," calm and calculated, whereas Dom is a "bull in a china shop... last minute, last second, diffuse a bomb, get out of harm's way somehow" person.

"Think of the thing you're most passionate about - the show or the form of entertainment, music, whatever. And then you come face-to-face with the pinnacle of that [thing] you are passionate about, and you are given a relic that defines that pinnacle, and you are treated as equals," Cena said. "I always compare everything to WWE, and that would be like face-to-face with the Rock. There's no denying that Dom Toretto is an iconic character and that was really special. That's a main event at WrestleMania."

After years in the WWW before making the jump to the big screen, Cena confirmed that he can't help but think of things in wrestling terms. But given the soap opera-like elements of the Fast franchise mixed with the larger-than-life personalities and action scenes, it's an apt comparison. And when Dom's brother appears out of nowhere to take on his new family, there's sure to be plenty of drama and tension.
