Adding to the actor's already long list of troubling allegations, Ezra Miller stands accused of endangering three children they are housing at their Vermont farm.

According to Rolling Stone, the children's father says Miller has been hosting the kids and their mother at the farm, which he claims is an unsafe environment for children. Two other sources close to the situation have also come forward to corroborate the claims, saying unattended firearms can be found throughout the homestead. One of the sources recalled an instance where a 1-year-old child allegedly "picked up a loose bullet and put it in her mouth." The mother, for her part, said Miller "helped [her] finally … have a safe environment for [her] three very young children" and that the actor helped her escape from a "violent and abusive ex."

Miller has been housing the mother, 25, and her young children, all under 6, since mid-April. The actor met the woman in Hawaii, where Miller was arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment and faced other legal troubles beginning in March. Despite this, the children's mother called Miller's ranch "a healing haven" for her and her kids. "They may have firearms for self-defense purposes and they are stored in a part of the house that the children never go in," she claimed. "My kids are able to relax more into their healing because of the safety and nurturing Ezra has been providing for them."

However, the two unnamed sources say the farm is a "chaotic environment" and unsuitable for children. Rolling Stone reportedly reviewed footage of the property in April that showed "at least eight assault weapons, rifles, and handguns lying around the living room." Some of these firearms were apparently "propped up next to a pile of stuffed animals." Another troubling allegation mentions "frequent and heavy" use of marijuana in the children's presence with "little concern about proper ventilation." Miller has reportedly cultivated an unlicensed cannabis farm on their property with far more plants than Vermont allows private citizens to own.

The children's mother and father have a tumultuous legal history, including a domestic abuse case against the father that dissolved when neither party showed up in court. The children's father said Miller flew his children and their mother out to Vermont without his knowledge, claiming he has not been allowed any contact with his children since they departed. The father called Vermont’s Department for Children and Families (DCF) and local police in May to request a wellness check, and a Vermont social worker who visited the property told the father the children "looked good," but that the worker had "more work to do."

These new allegations come in the wake of two other recent instances involving Miller accused of endangering children. In June, the parents of an 18-year-old activist filed for an order of protection against Miller, saying the actor had used "violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs" to control their child since they were 12 years old, though the activist denied the claims and defended Miller. Authorities have been unable to locate Miller to serve them the court order. Most recently, a mother and her 12-year-old child were granted a harassment prevention order against Miller, who allegedly threatened their neighbor and behaved inappropriately toward the child.
