The Flash star Ezra Miller is facing yet another legal issue as two parents seek court intervention over Miller's relationship with their 18-year-old child.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ and People, Chase Iron Eyes and his wife Sara Jumping Eagle allege Miller took advantage of their child Tokata Iron Eyes from the time Tokata was 12 years old, exhibiting a pattern of "cult-like and psychologically manipulative, controlling behavior." The couple says Miller provided drugs and alcohol to a teenage Tokata and continues to use "violence" and "intimidation" to "hold sway" over their child. Tokata, for their part, posted a message on Instagram calling their father "transphobic," defending Miller and referring to "emotional and psychological manipulation" they endured while living at home. Tokata's parents, however, say their child "doesn't have a phone" and doubt Tokata actually wrote the message.

Miller reportedly met Tokata in 2016 at North Dakota's Standing Rock Reservation while protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline. Tokata's parents say Miller took "an immediate and apparently innocent liking" to their then-12-year-old child. The next year, Miller allegedly flew Tokata, then 14, to London to visit the studio where Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was filmed. Tokata and Miller's friendship continued over the next several years, during which Tokata's parents say Miller provided Tokata with alcohol, marijuana and LSD.

When Tokata was 16, Miller allegedly offered to use funds from an associated charitable organization to pay for Tokata to attend Massachusetts' Bard College at Simon's Rock. Tokata's parents say Miller later used this "against Tokata to create a sense of indebtedness." They also blame Miller for disrupting their child's life to the degree that Tokata ended up dropping out of college.

In the court documents, Tokata's parents claim they traveled to Miller's Vermont home in January to find Tokata without their driver's license, bank cards or keys, indicating Tokata couldn't leave Miller's residence on their own. After spending a few weeks "detoxifying" at home, Tokata's parents say their child fled to reunite with Miller in New York City. The two later allegedly traveled to Hawaii together, where Miller was arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment and faced other legal troubles beginning in March.

A judge signed Tokata's parents' request for a protective order barring Miller from coming within 100 yards of their home or contacting Tokata or their parents. Since Miller and Tokata's location is unknown, however, the court noted it "cannot locate or serve" the order to Miller. A hearing is scheduled to take place on July 12.
