Chris Hemsworth shared a behind-the-scenes video from the set of Extraction 2, which showed him demonstrating what he described as one of the trickiest stunts he's ever done.

"Probably the greatest and most difficult stunt ever captured on film Extraction 2," Hemsworth captioned the clip, which showed him doing a series of high kicks and gracefully spinning into a jacket being held in front of him by another person. The actor also tagged Netflix, the film's director Sam Hargrave and production company AGBO Films.

The latest footage posted by Hemsworth came roughly two months after the actor shared a behind-the-scenes clip of himself and Hargrave riding a train through a blizzard in Prague, where the Extraction sequel is being filmed. The actor captioned that clip, "Two things are very different from the last film. One... very, very cold. Two... I'm alive. How? You'll have to find out. Stay tuned."

Hemsworth also previously gave fans a sneak peek at the intense workouts he's been doing to get in shape for the film. In that post, the actor revealed he was "transitioning from heavyweight training to a lot more bodyweight functional movements concentrating on agility, strength and speed." The video showed Hemsworth running through a series of drills that included boxing, squats, sit-thrusts and pushups.

Based on the graphic novel Ciudad by Ande Parks, Joe Russo and Anthony Russo, the first Extraction film starred Hemsworth as Australian black-ops mercenary Tyler Rake, who is recruited by an Indian drug lord to rescue his kidnapped son. After being released by Netflix on April 24, 2020, Extraction went on to become the streaming service's most-watched original movie with a reported 99 million households during its first month on the streaming platform.

While Extraction 2 does not yet have a release date, Hargrave previously teased the Russo Brothers planned to use the knowledge they've gained from helming films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to shape the sequel. "I think Joe and Anthony, that whole AGBO team, are brilliant in that building upon the Marvel universe aspect where a lot of these films connect and intersect in their journeys with characters," the director said at the time. "They're building on that model in the Extraction universe and there is a lot of opportunity to follow characters that people have shown an affinity for and sounds like they want to know more about."

Directed by Sam Hargrave and written by Joe and Anthony Russo, Extraction stars Chris Hemsworth, Rudhraksh Jaiswal, Manoj Bajpayee, Randeep Hooda, Pankaj Tripathi, Derek Luke, Marc Donato and David Harbour. It is currently available on Netflix.
