Marvel Comics has revealed that the release of Extermination #5 has been pushed back by three weeks. The fifth and final issue in this seismic miniseries centered around the five original members of the X-Men was originally set to be released on Nov. 28, but will now not hit comic shops until Dec. 19. Currently, Marvel has not commented on why exactly this change was made.

Issues #1-3 of Extermination are currently available, with issue #4 slated for an Oct. 31 release. Moreover, the delayed issue #5 teases that, once all is said and done, "the X-Men will never be the same again." The full solicitation text for Extermination #5 can be found below.
