A newly established, U.K.-based print house, Vice Press is working in collaboration with "2000 AD" publisher Rebellion Developments, and has announced the release of a series of original screen-printed pieces of art featuring characters and worlds from the pages of the long-running comic anthology, starting with the work of Chris Thornley, aka Raid 71. CBR has the exclusive first look at the initial art in the series.

"For our first release we wanted to present something that would break expectations and deliver something truly original," Vice Press said in a press release. "Having seen Raid's amazing work in gallery shows and magazines, we agreed very early on that he we would be the perfect fit. Raid is a true fan of '2000 AD' and 'Judge Dredd' and really relished the opportunity to work in that world and the results are obvious."

Titled "Urban Sprawl," Raid's print features Mega-City Lawman Judge Dredd and includes a number of Easter Eggs fans of the series might enjoy discovering. Measuring 18 inches by 24 inches, the print will be available in a regular £30 edition (100 available) and a variant £40 edition (50 available) on July 2 at 6 p.m. BST at Vice-Press.com.
