EXCLUSIVE: "Spider-Gwen" Goes Samurai In Christopher's Action Figure Variant

A new threat has brought Marvel's web-slinging women -- Spider-Woman, Spider-Gwen and Silk -- together for the "Spider-Woman" event. The universe-jumping storyline kicked off in last week's "Spider-Women Alpha" issue and will continue through each hero's solo title. As part of the "Spider-Women" event, artist John Tyler Christopher will contribute action figure variants for each chapter that reimagine the Spider-heroes as totally rad '90s toys.

CBR has the exclusive reveal of Christopher's variant cover for "Spider-Gwen" #8, which features the titular hero reimagined and ready for some samurai-style action. You can check out the cover and solicitation info for "Spider-Gwen" #8, as well as a few of Christopher's other action figure variants, below.
