Marvel Comics continues its slow burn of reveals for its "Spider-Men" series by "Ultimate Comics Spider-Man" creative team Brian Michael Bendis and Sara Pichelli. In February, fans were treated to an intriguing image of Peter Parker and Miles Morales' Spider-Emblems merged together. In early March, the publisher added to the mystery with a new teaser featuring the silhouettes of two different Spider-Men about to collide. Now, in a CBR exclusive reveal, the "Spider-Men" web of mystery continues to unfold.

The newest image fills in the left silhouette with the familiar form of the Amazing Spider-Man, Peter Parker. While the right profile remains blacked out, it looks strikingly like the silhouette Ultimate Spider-Man Miles Morales swinging into the action. Although many have speculated "Spider-Men" may herald the resurrection of Ultimate Peter Parker, the teaser's revealed Spider-Man leans more toward a Marvel Universe design, with smaller eyes and a lither, more wiry form.

During the Next Big Thing panel at WonderCon 2012, Marvel Director of Communications Arune Singh addressed the project, saying, "People have made some educated guesses based on the logos we've shown," but stopped short of confirming or denying the possibility of a crossover between the Marvel Universe and Ultimate Universe. An event involving both universes would be unprecedented but considering the incredible popularity of Miles Morales and the upcoming "Amazing Spider-Man" film in July, it's understandable Marvel might publish a story linking the two characters to draw in new readers fresh from the movie. Readers will undoubtedly discover more as the clock ticks down to "Spider-Men's" June release.
