DC Comics has provided CBR with an exclusive first look at Tony Daniel's variant cover for "Convergence" #3. The cover depicts Nightwing and Flamebird falling at the hands of the mighty Telos, the new villain at the forefront of DC's line-wide "Convergence" event. In keeping with the event's modus operandi of highlighting different parts of DC Comics history, both Nightwing and Flamebird are depicted in line with their Silver Age appearance. The Nightwing and Flamebird monikers made their first appearance way back in 1963's "Superman" #158 when Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen traveled to the shrunken and bottled Kryptonian city of Kandor.

"Convergence" kicks off in April with the release of "Convergence" #1. You can check out the variant cover by Tony Daniel and solicitation information for the issue below. "Convergence" #3 arrives in stores on April 22.
