Mondo Gallery has given CBR an exclusive look at two more of the eighteen classic covers it's planning to produce as prints for its "80 Years of Batman" show.

The first print is from 1977's Batman #291. The issue, titled "The Testimony of Catwoman," was written by David Vern Reed and illustrated by John Calnan. Jim Aparo and Tatjana Wood created the cover.

The second, which is much more recent, comes from 2011's Batman #1, which was the first issue in the New 52 reboot of the series. Greg Capullo and FCO Plascencia designed the cover. Scott Snyder wrote the issue, which kicked off the "Court of Owls" arc.

These two come in addition to the five Mondo released last month. Those prints adapt the covers of 1939's Detective Comics #27, by Bob Kane; 1967's Detective Comics #367, by Carmine Infantino and Murphy Anderson; 1973's Batman #251, by Neal Adams; 1986's Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, by Frank Miller and Lynn Varley; and 1988's A Death In The Family, by Jim Aparo.

You can see all the covers in the gallery below:

First appearing in Detective Comics #27, Batman/Bruce Wayne was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. He's remained one of the most enduring and popular icons of all time, having appeared or been referenced in various TV shows, films, video games and more. Although he does not possess any abilities that could strictly be considered superhuman, Batman is a genius detective and strategist skilled in various martial arts.
