EXCLUSIVE: Marvel NOW! Minimates Unleash Wolverine, Old Man Logan, Deadpool 2099 & More

When it comes to bringing the latest versions of Marvel Comics' heroes and villains to the toy aisle, few companies do it as quickly as Diamond Select Toys. Thanks to the company's long-running Marvel Minimates line, fans can get their hands on the most up-to-date takes on their favorite characters well before they arrive in a more true-to-likeness form.

CBR News has the exclusive first look at the upcoming Marvel NOW! Minimates line, which comes packed with all-new, all-different Marvel heroes. The boxes will include 18 foil-bagged toys including the likes of Miles Morales Spider-Man, All-New Wolverine, International Iron Man, Old Man Logan, Spider-Gwen, Deadpool 2099, Venom Space Knight and Silk. Of the bunch, Silk will be the most rare, shipping just one-per-box.

In addition to making the first figures for some of these characters, and producing them so quickly, DST also deserves credit for producing a line of action figures split evenly between male and female characters, an approach that has yet to become a toy market norm.

The counter display boxes should start hitting retail this fall, with each bag selling for around $5.99. Here's the full description of the line:
