DC Comics has provided CBR with an exclusive preview of Batman Secret Files #2, which serves as a tie-in to the "City of Bane" storyline. Writer Steve Orlando, artist Eduardo Risso, colorist Dave Stewart and letterer John Workman's story in the series, "Hugo Strange in 'Doctor of Psychiatric Medicine'," teases the titular psychiatrist's villainous use of his expertise on five people in his quest to create a psychological profile of the Caped Crusader, killing those who no longer meet his needs. In the process he reveals his sinister motive: To become the one who administers "Batman to the sick."
