Titan Comics' line based on Ubisoft's popular video game series "Assassin's Creed" will double in March 2016 with the launch of "Assassin's Creed: Templars." The publisher has provided CBR with an exclusive first look at "Templars" as well as issue #6 of the flagship "Assassin's Creed" series.

Originally announced at New York Comic Con, "Templars" comes from writer Fred Van Lente and artist Dennis Calero and tells the tale of Darius Gift and his involvement with the Templar Order. Set in 1927, the new series follows Gift as he becomes ensnared by both the International Settlement and the Black Cross. The first issue of the series comes with covers by series artist Calero as well as Paul Pope, Mark Laming and Mariano Laclaustra.

"Assassin's Creed" #6, also arriving in March, kicks off the ongoing series' second arc with the introduction of Charlotte de la Cruz. The new story will also be set in a new historical period as de la Cruz uncovers her memories of the Inca empire. "Assassin's Creed" #6 comes with covers by Pope, Chris Wildgoose and Ashley Witter.
