Following the institution's destruction in Donny Cates and Ryan Stegman's Absolute Carnage, Marvel is releasing a series of one-shots centered around the Ravencroft Institute for the Criminally Insane. Marvel Comics has now given CBR an exclusive preview of Frank Tieri, Angel Unzueta and Guillermo Sanna's Ruins of Ravencroft: Sabretooth.

Set in 1909, the preview teases the involvement of the villain Nathaniel Essex/Mister Sinister in the disturbing events going on at the institute. At the end, it's revealed Victor Creed/Sabretooth is working at Ravencroft, and James Howlett/Wolverine is among the institute's patients and suspected of being a serial killer akin to Jack the Ripper. Sabretooth, standing over an incapacitated Wolverine, promises to make things very, very difficult for him.
