Despite being one of the most powerful villains in the Naruto universe, Kabuto was initially trained in medical ninjutsu. This allowed him to transform his hands into chakra scalpels, cutting through enemy muscle and bone like they were water.

Kabuto's malpractice has also served him in other ways.

For example, he spliced the DNA of the Sound Four into himself in order to master an obscene number of abilities. It also increased his healing factor, allowing him to regenerate from virtually anything.

9 Doctor Stylish Made Nightmares Possible (Akame Ga Kill!)

Doctor Stylish was the empire's most important medical practitioner in Akame Ga Kill! Although he indeed healed his nation's most loyal servants, he was also responsible for enhancing them. For example, his augmentation of Seryu Ubiquitous allowed her to remain a formidable threat against Mine.

The doctor himself was no slouch in battle. When releasing the full extent of his experiments, he could transform himself into a massive juggernaut. Relatively mindless in this state, the only way to defeat him was by targeting his exposed human body near the creature's forehead.

8 Szayel Aporro Granz Was The Espada's Chief Researcher (Bleach)

Szayel Aporro Granz' extensive medical knowledge made him one of the most terrifying doctors in Bleach. In a matter of minutes, he could defeat enemies by shattering their voodoo dolls' organs. This made him exceptionally difficult to defeat, especially since he could regenerate by eating his henchmen.

The only way that Mayuri managed to overcome him is since he stuffed his body with additional organs to spare. He exploited Granz's overconfidence, put him under a nightmarish spell, and defeated the evil doctor before he could finish off Uryu or Renji.

Hogback's allegiance came with a disturbing condition. He insisted that Gecko Moria implant a shadow into Cindry's body so that he could take her for his "bride." As a zombie slave, Cindry had no choice in the matter even though her soul cried out for release.

Dana was a medical practitioner in Britannia. Golgius got him to betray Meliodas in his darkest hours, slipping him poison when he needed medicine. As a result, this made his preexisting condition worse and ran a serious risk of killing him. Fortunately, Meliodas' demon physiology ensured that Dana's efforts were futile.

Despite being betrayed and nearly euthanized, Meliodas forgave Dana since he surmised that the man was just a manipulated pawn like the members of the holy knights. Dana illustrated that even common folk in Seven Deadly Sins can be corrupted.

5 Neferpitou Had Their Own Form Of Surgery (Hunter X Hunter)

Hunter X Hunter's Neferpitou was the closest thing the chimera ants had to a surgeon. With their Nen ability literally being named "Doctor Blythe," they were able to dissect or heal targets depending on its user's intentions.

Neferpitou was so skilled in the art of healing that Meruem trusted them personally with mending Komugi's injuries. Considering that Neferpitou was able to lobotomize a hunter in order to probe more information, they were equally capable at breaking patients as they were of fixing them.

A great irony behind Londes is that he actually didn't exist. His real identity was a young man who had been forced into a coma against his will and could only communicate through digital means. However, he sought for others to share in his misfortune, which was a serious problem.

3 The Doctor Was One Of The Major's Best Enforcers (Hellsing)

Doctor from hellsing

The Doctor was an extremely valuable asset to the Major in the Hellsing universe. An avowed Nazi, he served the Millennium Organization for decades and ranked among the most powerful of its soldiers.

Considering that the Doctor was directly responsible for "creating" Schrodinger, he can take credit for Alucard's defeat by extension. His ability to anticipate enemy action and react accordingly affords a significant advantage before many of his fights even start. An argument could be made that he is more intelligent than the Major himself.

2 Cioccolata Was A Doctor Turned Serial Killer (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)

Anime Secco and Cioccolata

Perhaps the most twisted minor villain in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Cioccolata quickly became intoxicated by the power he wielded as a doctor. It compelled him to experiment on his patients, driving them to insanity and beyond.

The only person who did not completely snap under Cioccolata was Secco, who became perturbingly attached to him. Endeared by his latest subject, Cioccolata agreed to take him on as a "pet" who helped to enact his worst crimes against future victims.

1 Doctor Garaki Created Aberrations For All For One (My Hero Academia)

Kyudai in My Hero Academia.

Doctor Kyudai Garaki may have been a relatively minor villain in the grand scheme of My Hero Academia, but he was responsible for some its worst villains. By forcibly splicing human bodies together, he created nomu so powerful that they made top heroes struggle.

Additionally, Garaki was responsible for augmenting Shigaraki into a villain without peer. However, he first debuted as the doctor who diagnosed Midoriya to be Quirkless. As a result, many fans speculate if Garaki simply misdiagnosed him or had something to do with the young hero's lack of a special power.
