After being teased for weeks, DC Comics has officially announced its December crossover event Justice League: Endless Winter, unfolding across the Justice League family of titles with two specials bookending the event. Joining writers Andy Lanning and Ron Marz is a rotating team of fan-favorite artists, including Clayton Henry, Phil Hester and more. The event has an ancient villain named the Frost King resurface from the Viking Age to menace the heroes of the DC Universe's present, plunging Earth into a deadly blizzard.
DC has released the solicitation information and covers for the nine-part storyline, slated to kick off Dec. 1 in Justice League: Endless Winter #1, with Lanning and Marz joined by artist Howard Porter.
