A husband and wife duo created a stunning cosplay of Pepper Potts' Rescue armor, which appeared at the eleventh hour in Avengers: Endgame. What's more, they did it entirely on a 3D printer.

The couple behind Rogues Gallery Fitness Cosplay created the armor using models from Do3D.com. They 3D printed the armor, finished it, and painted it themselves.

Rescue, Pepper Potts' Stark-tech armored suit, premiered in The Invincible Iron Man in 2009, a creation of comics giants Matt Fraction and Salvador Larroca. The suit, which Potts named herself, transitioned to the big screen in Avengers: Endgame.

In Endgame, Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) built the armor as a gift for Potts (Gwenyth Paltrow). She never wore it until she joined the final battle to defend life itself against Thanos. As Rescue, Potts fought flank-to-flank with Iron Man before his heroic sacrifice.

Rogues Gallery Fitness Cosplay used a custom Kandy Paint by House of Kolor called "Burple" to recreate the Rescue look. Apart from the original 3D models, the only other part not made by the couple is the arc reactor, which was 3D printed by Sionnach Studios.

The couple credited their inspiration to Fraction and Larroca's The Invincible Iron Man. After Rescue appeared in Endgame they knew they had to make their long time dream a reality. And a stunning reality it is!
