With this year's Arrowverse crossover "Elseworlds," having just concluded, all of the DCTV series on The CW have seen a noticeable boost in ratings. The program benefitting from the viewer increase the most is the final episode of the crossover, Supergirl.

2.13 million viewers watched last night's episode of Supergirl, closing out the DCTV crossover event with its third chapter, with The CW series receiving a Nielsen rating of .7. This is the best of any DCTV series this week and a season high for Supergirl which previously saw a peak with its season premiere, viewed by 1.52 million with a rating of .5.

Even DCTV series not directly involved with the crossover saw an increase in viewers this week with Black Lightning, which airs immediately following Supergirl, being viewed by 1.16 million with a rating of .4.

The Arrowverse crossovers have historically led to a significant ratings increase for each of The CW series leading to the multi-episode event to become an annual network tradition. In the closing moments of this week's episode of Supergirl, the series dropped a major teaser for next year's crossover, giving audiences a year of anticipation to see the DCTV heroes team up once again.
