Tiny Toon Adventures was created by Tom Ruegger and ran from 1990-1995. The Looney Tunes spinoff centered on a number of younger, re-imagined versions of classic Looney Tunes characters.

The original animated series introduced Elmyra Duff was a young, red-headed girl who was loosely based on her mentor Elmer Fudd. Similar to how Fudd terrorized Bugs Bunny, Elmyra was known for torturing her own pets in the Tiny Toons universe. Elmyra's menagerie of victims included Byron Basset, Li'l Sneezer, Buster, Furrball, Fifi La Fume and Tyrone the Turtle. Another Elmyra plot point found her chasing her unrequited crush Montana Max. While Max pushed her away throughout the series, Elmyra continued to pursue her "Monty-Wanty" with great fervor.

The recently-announced Tiny Toons Looniversity reboot will find the gang "[following] their comedic ambitions all the way to Acme Looniversity, the esteemed institution of higher hijinx learning, where young dreamers become professional toons." The show has yet to receive a premiere date.
