Steve Orlando revealed the cover to his upcoming DC Comics miniseries, Electric Warriors, with artist Travel Foreman that is set to debut this November.

The series is named after Electric Warrior, by Doug Moench and Jim Baikie, an ongoing series that lasted for 18 issues between 1986-87. That series was set in the future but was outside DC Comics continuity. This new series, though, while also in the future is set within DC Comics continuity. It takes place during the "Great Disaster" period of Jack Kirby's classic post-apocalyptic series, Kamandi.

When DC Comics first announced the series, it was described as:

"In 2735, the Earth emerges from the Great Disaster to rejoin the galaxy, finding a universe teetering on the brink of galactic war. To forestall Armageddon, interplanetary conflicts are settled through Trial by Combat, with diplomatic gladiators known as Electric Warriors. Against the bloody battlefield of the dead Sector 666, these lone warriors sacrifice their lives to ensure that their worlds may live in an always-fragile peace."
