Image Comics is granting wishes with Eight Billion Genies, a new eight-issue series from Charles Soule and Ryan Browne that launches in May.
CBR has an exclusive look, which you can view below, at the interior artwork for Eight Billion Genies #1, which comes from Soule and Browne. The series takes place in a world where everyone is granted their own genie and wish, which quickly leads to massive pandemonium and chaos. The synopsis reads, "If you had one wish...what would you wish for? Now, what if everyone else had one wish too? That's Eight Billion Genies, the new eight-issue series from Charles Soule & Ryan Browne (Curse Words). At exactly the same moment, everyone on Earth gets a genie and one wish. All hell breaks loose, in a very entertaining way...and that's just the beginning. Buckle in for the wildest ride of the year!"

Image's Curse Words is a fantasy series that launched in 2017 by Soule and Browne and tells of an evil wizard making his way to New York City. Image is putting out a full omnibus collection, Curse Words: The Hole Damned Thing Omnibus, on May 11. The omnibus includes all 28 issues of the original series, a previously unpublished epilogue called Curse Words: After Words, an introduction by Daniel Kibblesmith and additional bonus material.
Eight Billion Genies #1 goes on sale May 11 from Image Comics. The second issue follows on June 15.
