Hmmm...I wonder if there's enough of these things to do one a week?

We shall see, we shall see.

In the meantime, read on to see what the Easter Egg of the Week ("Easter Eggs" are hidden treats inside stories, like references to song lyrics in dialogue or various things like that) is...

This week's Scalped was yet another excellent issue of the title, and this time around, writer Jason Aaron and artist Davide Furnò turned their attention to Diesel, the 1/16th Kickapoo, who does not want to be seen as a White man.

He is in jail for crimes committed earlier in the series, and this issue is a flashback to the events of his childhood twenty-odd years ago.

At one point in a flashback to his youth, we see him carrying a box of his belongings. At the very top of the box?

Issues of Showcase featuring Joe Kubert's creation, Firehair!

Firehair, of course, was a white baby who was adopted by a Tribe and raised as one of their own.

Now that's a nice little Easter Egg right there (and Furnò does a great job reproducing a tiny version of the cover to the issue above)!
