Naomie Harris may have just received an Oscar nomination for "Moonlight," but that is not what some of her fans are most excited about today. The actress is the latest to join forces with the Rock, having landed a role in the upcoming video game adaptation "Rampage."

Aside from her Oscar-nominated role in "Moonlight," fans may recognize Naomie from her time as Ms. Moneypenny in the recent James Bond films, or as zombie apocalypse heroine in "28 Days Later."

New Line is keeping quiet on the details surrounding the feature-length film based on the 1986 game of the same name, though the studio has made it clear that it plans to offer an alternative to traditional monster movies. Much like the film's video game inspiration, audiences will be treated to at least three different monsters wreaking havoc all across North America, mutated versions of a wolf, an alligator and an ape. In the games, the creatures were known asRalph the Wolf, Lizzie the Lizard and George the Ape, though we don't know if those names will make it to the feature film.

Rampage is set to hit theaters April 20, 2018. Dwayne Johnson will star with producer Beau Flynn and director Brad Peyton.
