Dwayne Johnson is known as one of the most successful movie stars in Hollywood, thanks to his starring roles in action movies like the Fast & Furious franchise, San Andreas, Rampage and Skyscraper. While Johnson is a physical specimen, he still relies on his cousin, Tanoai Reed, a trained stuntman (and Johnson's cousin) to perform many of the dangerous feats we see on the big screen.

Being Johnson's stunt double isn't easy, as Reed has suffered many broken bones, torn ligaments and tendons all in the name of making the audience believe it's actually Johnson putting his life on the line. In honor of his good friend and stunt double, Johnson surprised Reed on video with a custom pick-up truck.

The moment was captured on a video posted to Johnson's Instagram account, where he tricked Reed into believing they were filming a video interview on their careers together. What makes the moment even more poignant is the fact that Reed is still recovering from a stunt injury.

As the "interview" is getting underway, Johnson puts his hands on his hips, signaling for an SUV in the background hiding Reed's truck to move. Right before the big reveal, Johnson said to Reed,"From the bottom of my heart, I want to say I love you, I thank you...and enjoy your new truck."
