Former professional wrestler Rocky Johnson passed away last month due to a heartattack. He was 75 years old. His son, actor Dawyne "The Rock" Johnson, recently shared a tribute video, featuring the eulogy he gave at his late father's funeral service.

The speech was posted on Instagram with a heartfelt caption reading, "Dad, you lived a full and meaningful life... I wish I had one more shot. To say one more thing. You were taken too fast. Slipped right thru my hands. But you were so loved, lived so full." It encapsulated some of the messages present in Johnson's emotional speech, in which he thanked the attendees, discussed the moment when he found out that his father had passed and finally, remembered everything that Rocky Johnson had shown and taught him.

The actor has expressed the difficulty he experienced in writing this speech. In a previous Instagram video, Johnson explained that he had "no idea where to start" with this eulogy.

Rocky Johnson, born Wayde Douglas Bowles, made his professional wrestling debut in 1964 and only retired in 1991, just five years before his son, Dwayne, would follow in his footsteps and begin his own career as a professional wrestler in 1996. Rocky Johnson's passing was announced on January 15.
