As the Fast and the Furious spinoff film, Hobbs & Shaw continues principal photography in London, Dwayne Johnson shared a behind-the-scenes photo teasing a "massive action sequence."
Shared on Johnson's Instagram account, the black and white photo shows the actor and new co-star Vanessa Kirby running through the streets of the British capital from what appears to be a pair of smoking vehicles with people scattered on the pavement.

On set. HOBBS & SHAW. They always play hard to catch. The ever chivalrous, Hobbs told Hattie Shaw (MI6 operative and overall bad ass played by my homegirl @vanessa__kirby) we can do this dance one of two ways/ We’ll share some tequila 🥃 and then you’re under arrest and I’m takin’ you in. or.. I’m takin’ you in. Apparently, she felt the tequila would have to wait. For the record, we closed down the streets of London to shoot this massive action sequence and on the first take an ‘ol Kirbs here takes off like the second coming of Usain Bolt... WHILE WEARING NO SHOES 💨🔥👏🏾👊🏾 #TheHobbsHattieDance #HobbsAndShaw SUMMER 2019 📸 @hhgarcia41
Kirby joins the cast as Hattie Shaw, the younger sister of brothers Deckard and Owen Shaw, portrayed by Jason Statham and Luke Evans, respectively. Johnson has teased that his character, Luke Hobbs, and Hattie will develop a romantic interest in each other despite working on the opposite sides of the law.
Kirby is fresh off the success of this summer's blockbuster Mission: Impossible -- Fallout as well as appearing on the acclaimed Netflix series The Crown as Princess Margaret. Judging by the behind-the-scenes photo, she will be able to more than keep up with her co-stars.
Directed by David Leitch from a script by Chris Morgan, Hobbs & Shaw stars Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Idris Elba, Vanessa Kirby, and Eiza Gonzalez. It is scheduled to be released on August 2, 2019.
