Dwayne Johnson Flips The Bird, Flashes A Smile In Baywatch Promo

Baywatch Summer is Coming

"Summer is coming."

Those are the words Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson wants you to keep in mind if the winter is getting to you. After all, not only is summer coming, but so is a "Baywatch" feature film starring Johnson, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario and more. To get his followers hyped for the feature film based on the massively popular '90s syndicated series, The Rock has posted a teaser video to Instagram. SPOILER ALERT: The Rock also gives his followers a one-finger salute in this clip, but he does it with a smile. Yes, Dwayne Johnson can make flipping the bird seem endlessly charming.

Johnson even offers up a mental prompt in the caption of the video for those needing more summer-time imagery.

Just close your eyes and imagine you running next to us down our beach in slo-motion... now imagine me turning to you, looking deep in your eyes and giving you a sexy slo-mo kiss on the lips (if you're a girl), or me giving you a bad ass slo-mo fist bump (if you're a dude), then imagine me throwing both of your asses in the ocean, as I keep running like a G.

Faced with decreased funding, the lifeguards look to a publicity stunt in the form of medal-winner Zac Efron to garner attention and support. But there's just one problem: Zac Efron's a bit of a disaster person. On top of that, a dead body shows up on the beach and all sorts of mayhem ensues (again, usually caused by Efron's character). Plot details are scarce at the moment, but latest draft of the script was written by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift. “Baywatch” is being produced by Johnson’s Seven Bucks Productions alongside his partner Dany Garcia.

Directed by Seth Gordon, “Baywatch” stars Johnson, Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Ilfenesh Hadera, Jon Bass, Priyanka Chopra, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson.
