Dwayne Johnson Flies in With First 'San Andreas' Clip

Continuing its buildup to the MTV Movie Awards, MTV has debuted the first clip from "San Andreas," the disaster film that reunites star Dwayne Johnson with "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island" director Brad Peyton.

Johnson helps to introduce the one-minute sequence, in which his helicopter-rescue pilot Ray comes to the aid of his estranged wife (Carla Gugino), who's trapped on the roof of a crumbling building.

Opening May 29, the action thriller follows the two as they make their way from Los Angeles to San Francisco to save their daughter when the San Andreas Fault finally gives, triggering a massive earthquake. "San Andreas" also stars Kylie Minogue, Alexandra Daddario, Ioan Gruffudd, Archie Panjabi, Hugo Johnstone-Burt and Art Parkinson.
