Dwayne Johnson Ends Vin Diesel Feud, Teases Fast & Furious Crossover

One of the most publicized celebrity feuds in recent history has been the one between Fast & Furious co-stars Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel. However, Johnson revealed in a new Instagram that the two action superstars have seemingly reconciled, while also teasing a potential rematch between their two characters.

In a lengthy video post, Johnson thanked his fans for helping propel the franchise spinoff film Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw over $750 million at the global box office. Johnson then went on to support Diesel for his support of the film, and for sending him and his new wife well wishes for their wedding. Reflecting on Diesel inviting him into the franchise ten years ago to appear in Fast Five, Johnson hinted that the two characters would be reuniting on-screen soon.

The feud between the two actors became increasingly well-publicized during production on The Fate of Furious, with Johnson taking veiled potshots at his co-star in a Facebook post.

Fast & Furious 9 is currently in the middle of principal photography, continuing the adventures of Dom Toretto and his usual crew. Previously, Johnson indicated he was not slated to appear in the film, but with the upcoming sequel still in the middle of production, his involvement may change.
