Wizards of the Coast, the company behind Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragonsis offering free resources to schools and libraries in order to engage young audiences with virtual games while in quarantine,

2,000 kits are being distributed around the U.S. and Canada, which include D&D and Magic: The Gathering materials for virtual play.

Each kit includes a Legendary Bundle for the D&D Beyond website that unlocks access to all current rules and adventure content for D&D and 30 digital codes for the Magic: The Gathering Arena game. The goal is to engage educational communities with virtual games while allowing students and teachers to maintain social distancing measures.

“Right now, play, imagination, and connection with the people you care about are more important than ever. With these resources, we want to give back to communities and make it as easy as possible for as many people to roll with advantage during this difficult time.”  Dungeons and Dragons Vice President Nathan Stewart said in a statement.

Educators and others can access additional material via the D&D Beyond site here and the DM's Guild, a free site containing Dungeons and Dragons supplements.
