The third season of Disney's Emmy-nominated DuckTales reboot series will hit screens in one month's time, with a premiere date officially being said for early April.

DuckTales Season 3 will launch on Disney XD and DisneyNOW with a two-episode premiere event on Saturday, April 4 at 9:30 a.m EDT. The new season rejoins the Duck family as they set off on a "globetrotting hunt for the world's greatest lost artifacts, with a secret organization from Scrooge's past, the Fiendish Organization for World Larceny (F.O.W.L.), trying to stop them at any cost.

Moreover, in addition to instantly-recognizable faces like Daisy Duck and Goofy, DuckTales' third season will feature appearances by characters from such classic series as TaleSpin, Chin 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers and Darkwing Duck.

DuckTales Season 3 will also feature guest appearances by the likes of Hellboy alums Selma Blair and Doug Jones, Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad, The Mandalorian), Kristofer Hivju (Game of Thrones), Bebe Neuwirth (Cheers), Retta (Parks and Recreation), Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Jaleel White (Family Matters), Clancy Brown (The Shawshank Redemption) and James Marsters (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Marvel's Runaways), among several others.

A reboot of the original 1987 cartoon of the same name, DuckTales premiered on Disney XD in August of 2017, with the 23 episode first season concluding one year later. The 24-episode second season arrived in October of 2018 and concluded this past September.

DuckTales Season 3 stars the voices of David Tennant, Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz, Bobby Moynihan, Kate Micucci, Beck Bennett, Toks Olagundoye, Tony Anselmo and Paget Brewster. The two-episode season premiere hits Disney XD on Saturday, April 4.
