10 Strongest Mortal In The Multiverse
Jiren is by far the strongest mortal in the Dragon Ball Multiverse and no, it's not Ultra Instinct Goku because he hasn't yet mastered the ability. Jiren's powers are not only unique, but there is a certain calmness about him that Goku doesn't.
Jiren has more control than Ultra Instinct Goku over his otherworldly strength. That's one of the many reasons why Jiren is in a different league when compared to others.
9 He Doesn't Do Transformations
Again, another striking difference between Jiren and every other warrior is the fact that he doesn't need transformations to increase his already incredible energy. He usually prefers meditation and concentrating his energy at one point to be in the best shape.
That's why one can see the calm around Jiren's gigantic amounts of Ki. He can get bulkier if he wants to but that's not necessarily a transformation. It's just a concentration of energy.

While it hasn't been mentioned who is the God of Destruction that Jiren is stronger than, it has been categorically mentioned that Jiren turned down the opportunity to become a God of Destruction.
Jiren's strength is spellbinding, so it's not really a surprise that he has eclipsed the power of a God already. That said, he is not stronger than every God of Destruction; he has a long way to go to reach that level but one would be wise to not rule it out.
7 The Glare And Energy Wall
Jiren's energy can do some incredible things and two brilliant attacks that caught the eye in the Tournament of Power were the glare and the invisible energy wall Jiren can build around himself.
Jiren's Ki is so strong that even a glare can create a shockwave capable of pushing opponents back. Moreover, his energy wall is very difficult to penetrate through and it keeps getting stronger as Jiren increases his strength. The glare attack is one of the coolest things in the anime.
6 Any Super Saiyan Level Is No Match For Him
Jiren is one of the only mortal beings in the multiverse who can make a joke out of the different Super Saiyan levels shown by both Goku and Vegeta. There aren't many mortals in the multiverse, if any, who would be able to deal with Super Saiyan Blue as Jiren did.
Jiren made their powers look hilarious. He was dealing with them with his fingers. It certainly made Goku and Vegeta angry because they pride themselves on their transformations.
5 Redirected Goku's Greatest Weapon
Goku's trump card that he saves for the direst situations is the Spirit Bomb and using it almost always guarantees success. That was until Goku met Jiren, who was able to push the Spirit Bomb back just through a glare and the use of his fingers.
In the end, Goku's own Spirit Bomb was used against him, as it collapsed on itself due to the massive surge of energy provided by Jiren. Jiren is one of the very few mortals who can deal with the Spirit Bomb quite easily.
4 Space Travel Is Easy Stuff
The display of Jiren's incredibly calm energy doesn't end on the battlefield as he is also capable of surviving in a vacuum for large amounts of time. He is a living and breathing space ship who can travel between planets.
While this might not be a catchy superpower, it certainly grants Jiren the flexibility of conducting fights almost anywhere in the universe, as long as he isn't exposed to a vacuum for more than a day or something.
3 The Power Impact
Jiren's signature move, known as the Power Impact, doesn't look intimidating at first but goes on to become a gigantic bowl of fire. It is reddish-orange in color, much like the aura of Jiren's energy and it starts out very small when it is approaching the enemy but upon impact, it expands massively.
Jiren used this a couple of times in the Tournament of Power and most notably against Kale during her Berserker Saiyan rampage.
2 Unbelievable Speed
Jiren's speed is unmatched; so much so that in his normal form, Goku cannot even sense him moving. To a normal mortal's eyes, Jiren is untraceable while he is on the move and that is when he isn't even trying to be fast.
One of Jiren's attacks sees him move so fast that to the naked eye, it would seem like he hasn't moved at all. Jiren's speed can only be matched by Goku when he has mastered the Ultra Instinct and that says a lot about the former's potential.
1 Jiren Doesn't Have Ultra Instinct
For this part, Ultra Instinct needs to be defined. Once a person has gained Ultra Instinct, it means that he/she can attack, defend, and resist based purely on instinct. They do not have to think about an attack before attempting it.
Basically, it gives the user the strength of doing things in battle without thinking about them. Jiren, for the most part, thinks before moving forward with an attack and that in itself means he doesn't have access to Ultra Instinct yet, although he can gain it over the next few years.
