The English dub of "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'" will be screened Aug. 4-12 in theaters across the United States and Canada, Funimation Entertainment announced today.

The 19th feature film in the animated franchise, “Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F'” marks the return of the iconic villain Frieza (hence the "F" in the title), who set out to take his revenge against the Z Fighters of Earth. Goku and Vegeta must once again face their nemesis, but this time it's a fight for Earth’s survival.

Series creator Akira Toriyama was directly involved in the production, and is credited with the original concept, screenplay and character designs.

The film made its world premiere April 11 at the Egyptian Theatre in Los Angeles before opening April 18 in Japan. Fans can sign up on the Dragon Ball Z website to receive updates about ticket sales.
