Dragon Ball is a series that is very well-known for the giant and explosive battles that take place throughout its history. This shonen anime pioneered a lot of the battle shonen tropes seen nowadays in various other series. It's super addicting to see the heroes of the series level up and defeat each and every strong opponent.

However, there are also characters that showed up in the series that weren't able to be defeated by the heroes and still are undefeated until this day. 10 BEERUS

Beerus stands as the goal that the heroes of Dragon Ball Super are trying to reach. He was fans of the series's introduction to a whole new level of power in the Dragon Ball universe and is the God of Destruction, placing him on a much higher plane than anyone that Goku or Vegeta has faced yet.

As of now, neither of these two leading Saiyans are able to really even lay a finger on him. The difference in their levels is constantly seen by Beerus's reactions to their training. If they will ever catch up to him is currently unknown but there are signs that it will happen.

9 WHIS

whis

Whis is the angelic partner of Universe 7's God of Destruction, Beerus and is currently the teacher of Goku and Vegeta. He is bound to the service of his deity, Beerus and rarely ever leaves his side.

Don't let his status as Beerus's partner fool you. Whis has a power level that is even greater than Beerus's, making him the closest thing to an unbeatable opponent to the series's heroes ever created. He is able to even knock out Lord Beerus himself with a single simple chop to the neck.

8 MR. POPO

Kid Goku spars with Mr. Popo on Kami's Lookout

Mr. Popo is an attendant deity to the Guardian of Earth, aka, God. He can be seen as the original version of an Angelic being in the Dragon Ball series due to his job. He isn't usually seen fighting but in the original Dragon Ball series, he did have a bout with Goku that impressed him so much that he trained Goku.

Goku was never able to defeat him and Popo showed just how strong he was. While he's been left behind now the lack of rematches has left him in the undefeated category of characters in the series.

7 BROLY

Broly Outraged Dragon Ball

Broly is a bit of an odd case, as fans were never able to see what the outcome of the match truly would have been if not for Cheelai and the Dragon Ball's interference. Broly has been seen to be on par with both full power Goku and Vegeta as well as what fans are to believe is full power Gogeta.

While many believe that Gogeta was going to deliver the final blow on Broly, he has an adaptive ability and is just about able to survive anything. Fans may never be able to find out the true outcome of this matchup.

6 HIT

Hit is another character that was never given a rematch once he took his winning match against the heroes of the series. The Legendary Assassin dubbed "Never-Miss-Hit" was able to easily defeat Vegeta and narrowly took his match against Goku, with Goku basically forfeiting the match.

While this isn't seen as a full-on win due to the fighters being neck and neck, it was still technically Hit's win. Until fans see a rematch, this fighter remains undefeated by the heroes of the series.

5 ROSHI

Master Roshi has a case very similar to Hit's as he also met Goku in a tournament and had one of the best fights of his life. In Dragon Ball during the World Tournament Saga, these two met in the grand finals and of course, Goku's teacher Master Roshi took home the gold and the Zeni.

However, this match was just about as close as the one between Hit and Goku and ended with Roshi winning due to him getting up first. Much like the former as well there was never a runback of this matchup nor with any other heroes.

4 DABURA

Dabura is the king of the Demon Realm and was the right-hand man to Babadi. He was featured as the secondary antagonist of Dragon Ball Z's Majin Buu Saga and was one of the most fearsome foes that the Z fighters faced to date. He easily defeated Piccolo and Krillin and was quite the handful for Gohan although Gohan had the potential to defeat him.

However, in the end, it was Majin Buu that ended up defeating Dabura. The Demon King was turned into a cookie and used as a simple dessert for the monstrous being.

3 MAJIN BUU

Majin Buu strikes a battle pose in Dragon Ball Z

Speaking of Majin Buu he was never defeated by the heroes either. During his match with Super Saiyan 3 Goku, it seemed like his defeat was near but Goku ran out of energy and has to make an early exit. The same thing almost happened with Gotenks as well.

Majin Buu turned hero before anyone could have a true rematch with him but it's not even sure that he'd be able to be stopped even now. A peek of this was shown with Goku's battle vs him in Dragon Ball Super.

2 ANDROID 17

Android 17 showed up in Dragon Ball Z during the Android Saga and was shown to be one of the most dangerous foes the heroes had ever faced. He had a rivalry with Piccolo that was cut short with Cell absorbing him.

He shows back up in Dragon Ball Super stronger than ever and has left fans wondering if Goku or any of the other heroes would even be able to defeat him and his endless supply of energy now.

1 ANDROID 18

Android 18 in Dragon Ball.

Android 18 much like her brother was introduced in the Android Saga as a new deadly threat. She showed up and basically threw Vegeta in the trash despite his new Super Saiyan transformation.

These two have never rematched and she hasn't been in a true battle with any heroes that she hasn't faked a loss against since. For those that want to count Hercule as the one that defeated her sorry, that was a straight act.
