One of the main draws to Dragon Ball is the transformations that make appearances throughout the series. Fans absolutely love to watch each and every character break through their old limits and make their way to new ones. Of course, while the Saiyans usually hold this spotlight, the humans and other races of the series learn a new trick or two at times.
This happens to be even more evident in the world of Dragon Ball fanfictions. The fans of the series seem to have an endless well of both good and bad ideas. For those interested in the unpredictable stories of the fanfic universe, read on!
10 MEGA HUMAN
For those that feel that Krillin and Tien deserved more spotlight this might just be the form to turn things around. In one of the Dragon Ball fanfictions by Gotek, these two warriors of Earth, along with Gohan's student who later turns evil that goes by the name Zetin, are able to unlock and then power up using this form.
What a Mega Human is is a form that can only be used by pure-blooded humans. This transformation multiplies the user's power by 65 and gives them a blue aura. It resembles kaio-ken besides the aura being blue and smaller.
9 SUPER HUMAN
While the Mega Human may be the strongest form, it isn't able to be directly reached the first time the user attempts it. First, they must surpass the first threshold which is the first form of human limit breaking, Super Human. This form is used by Krillin, Yamcha, Majuub, Zetin, and Gohan and Piccolo's new training partner Eko.
This form actually has many similarities to the popular Super Saiyan form. The user's hair spikes up and turns red and the form is reached once the user gets very angry. It multiplies their power level by 45.
8 GREAT APE CELL
Cell isn't technically a Saiyan besides a few shared genes with the race so this form counts despite being stolen from their bloodline. This transformation is able to be reached once Cell has his tail cut off which allows him to grow that of a pure-blooded Saiyan. Once this tail grows it puts out energy waves that begins his transformation once he sets his sights on a Saiyan.
Unlike most Saiyans, Cell can fully control this Great Ape form, but can only be reverted back to normal once his tail is cut off.
7 GURU MODE
For those that are more fans of the Namekian race exists an exclusive transformation by the name of Guru Mode. This transformation is used by the fanmade character Tuk, the main character of Dragon Ball Nevermore, who has the ability to freeze time for two seconds.
This Namekian only transformation is a gift from the Guru Moori and gives the users' new abilities. These abilities include higher regeneration, an improved healing factor, and increased knowledge. It also increases their power level times 70.
6 ALPHA NAMEKIAN
The Guru mode isn't the only new transformation that these fanfiction writers have given the race. One additional new transformation is the Alpha Namekian, which is one of the strongest that has been unlocked by the race. It's very similar to its brother transformation the Ultra Namekian, but has quite a few differences.
The user gains purple shells on their body similar to Frieza's, and their eyes slant more, become more fierce, and turn blood red. After reaching Ultra Namekian and going through a rage induced power up this form is attainable.
5 MYTHOS TRANSFORMATION
One of the most questionable fanmade transformations is the Mythos transformation. The reason that this mode is so controversial is because it goes into series crossover territory, with the series crossing over into the Dragon Ball universe being that of Mega Man Zero for some unanswered reason.
The Mythos transformation is exclusive to the Mega Man race called the reploids, who are androids with free will that appear in Dragon Ball: Neo Arcadia. The form increases this race's power 10,000 times.
4 GALICK STATE
While the Galick State is a form unlocked by the pure-blood Saiyan Vegeta, it is not exclusive to the Saiyan race. This form is actually simply exclusive to those that are able to learn the Galick Gun technique which just so happens to be exclusive to the Saiyan Prince himself.
To reach this new state Vegeta absorbs the power of the Galick Gun instead of firing it off as usual. It turns him and his aura purple and amplifies his power level by 70 times.
3 DARK FUSION
The Dark Fusion technique is one of few that was created by Demons, and is exclusively reachable for Demons as well. It is the result of a Demon and their weapon becoming a completely new being. The power reached by this form is completely reliant on the power level of the Demon and the weapon used in the assimilation process.
One of the notable users of this technique is Demon Realm Kid Buu. There are also other variations of this transformation as well such as Demon God SS, Giant Demon God Dark Fusion, and Dark Fusion W and V.
2 DEVIL STATE
The Dark Fusion isn't the only transforming technique that fanfic writers feel should be given to the Demon race of the Dragon Ball universe. The Devil State in fact, is the one form that most Demons are trying to reach due to it being the strongest of any demonic form.
This form is the most powerful transformation that a Demon God can attain. It is attained naturally after reaching a certain threshold of power or by draining power from other divine beings.
1 ENHANCED TEMPORIAN
The Enhanced Temporian is a transformation exclusive to the Temporian race. However soon this transformation became obsolete and was thrown to the side.
Oh yeah, most Dragon Ball fans don't even know what this fanfic exclusive race is. A Temporian is very similar to a Saiyan besides the race being born with no tail in sight. So, yeah, an Enhanced Temporian is basically a Super Saiyan.
