One of the most popular fighting games released in the past several years is Dragon Ball FighterZ, a three-versus-three title pitting Dragon Ball's famous fighters against each other.

Bandai Namco has announced this year's competitive world tour starting next week at CEO in Orlando, with later dates planned into 2020, with each tour offering its own cash prizes for the winner.

Bandai has released a new trailer showing past champions battling for the top-ranked position in the world, with the winners scoring a Dragon Ball trophy for the achievement.

First released January 2018, Dragon Ball FighterZ was created with input from Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama and released to critical acclaim and commercial success.

Combining the powerful warriors from Dragon Ball Z, GT and Super, the game boasts frenzied fighting action, with players tapping into the cast's signature moves and transformations to defeat opposing teams in online and local gameplay. Since its release, Arc System Works has released two seasons of downloadable characters to the game's roster.
