In celebration of Avengers: Endgame's two-year anniversary, Robert Downey Jr. has released a behind-the-scenes video."Cannot believe it's been two years since Endgame..." Downey wrote on Twitter, adding the hashtag #LoveYouAll3000. The video is from a deleted scene where Iron Man, having used the power of the Infinity Gauntlet, enters the Soul World and comes face to face with an adult version of his daughter Morgan -- played by Katherine Langford. Directors Joe and Anthony Russo revealed that they cut the scene because it didn't emotionally resonate with audiences, and instead chose to surround Tony with friends and family at his dying moments.RELATED: Dave Bautista Is Still Disappointed by an Avengers: Endgame Plot Point

Endgame also marked the end of Downey's tenure of Iron Man. The actor first portrayed the Armored Avenger in 2008's Iron Man, which kickstarted the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He would continue to play the character in two more Iron Man films, as well as all four Avengers films and even appearing in supporting roles in Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man: Homecoming.

The events of Avengers: Endgame will continue to reverberate through the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including its ongoing slate of shows on Disney+. One of these shows will even tackle Tony's legacy, as Armor Wars features his lifelong friend James "Rhodey" Rhodes dealing with the theft of Stark's technology.
