Dorohedoro’s first season left off with something of a cliffhanger, with the main characters in rather a lot of peril and with no actual answers to the major questions of the series.

8 Clues To Kaiman’s Past
Kaiman doesn’t really remember anything about his time before he had a lizard head, but, as can be seen in the manga, that’s probably going to change in season two. Kaiman is slowly starting to regain his memories of who he was before, and that information will also be shared with the viewers as he finds more and more clues to his past.
7 Kaiman Will Learn What His Face Looks Like
As mentioned above, and, as anyone who watches the show knows, Kaiman is stuck with the head of a lizard, and he doesn’t really know anything about who he was before he became this lizard-headed creature. That includes not actually knowing what he looks like when he’s not a lizard.
But, as he starts to remember details about who he is, he also is likely going to remember what his face looks like when he has a human head, which means viewers get to see this too.

Professor Kasukabe is a scholar who studies magic users, and, given all of the shenanigans with the Cross-Eyes about magic users, he is pretty much constantly in danger. Still, viewers don’t know very much about his past or where he comes from or why he’s so obsessed with magic users that he’s willing to put his own life in danger in order to learn more about them. Season two will almost certainly deal more with Kasukabe and what his deal is, giving viewers a better grasp on this character.

The major villains of the series are the Cross-Eyes, who are weak magic users trying pretty much every method possible to get more powerful.
They’ve been pretty successful at it already, though viewers of the first season don’t have all of the information about where they got all of this power. Season two will likely delve more deeply into the source of the Cross-Eyes’ power, as well as what their ultimate goals are.

Kaiman and Nikaido haven’t exactly been the best of friends since the start of the series, and they’ve actually had it out for each other pretty significantly over the course of season one.
