DC Collectibles has announced its plans to release an action figure line based on the popular Watchmen characters currently appearing in DC Comics' Doomsday Clock event series.

The six new action figures, which were revealed via IGN, will include Doctor Manhattan, Ozymandias, the new incarnation of Rorschach, as well as Mime and Marionette, a pair of Watchmen Universe criminals who debuted in the first issue of Geoff Johns and Gary Frank's Doomsday Clock.

The 1:10 scale figures are seven-inches tall and were designed by Gary Frank and sculpted by Paul Harding. IThis is actually the first time DC will release action figures based on the comic book versions of the Watchmen characters. All previous figures were based on the 2009 movie.

The characters will be sold in packs of two; each pack is priced at $50 and is currently available for pre-order. Doctor Manhattan will be paired with Ozymandias, Rorschach (with grapple gun and an extra pair of hands) will be packaged with Mime, and The Comedian (with two guns) is together with Marionette.

The entire line will be on display at the New York Toy Fair at the Javits Convention Center in New York City this weekend.
