DC's Doom Patrol Arrives in New Titans TV Photos

Long dubbed DC's "strangest heroes," the Doom Patrol make their live-action television debut in photos for this week's episode of DC Universe's Titans.

Titled simply "Doom Patrol," the episode see Garfield Logan (Ryan Potter) bring the fleeing Rachel Roth (Teagan Croft) home to his adoptive family, the group of misfit medical experiments better known as the Doom Patrol.

The photos introduce April Bowlby as Rita Farr, aka Elasti-Woman, Jake Michaels as Clifford Steele, aka Robotman, Jake Michaels as Clifford Steele, aka Robotman, and Bruno Bichir as Niles Caulder, aka Chief.

Written by Geoff Johns, the episode serves as a springboard for a Doom Patrol spinoff series, set to debut next year on the DC Universe, with only Bowlby reprising her Titans role. She'll be joined by Diane Guerrero as Crazy Jane, Joivan Wade as Victor Stone, Brendan Fraser and Riley Shanahan as Cliff Steele, lan Tudyk as Mr. Nobody, Timothy Dalton as Niles Caulder, and Matt Bomer and Matthew Zuk as Negative Man.

Now streaming on DC Universe, Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Robin, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Alan Ritchson as Hawk and Minka Kelly as Dove. The fourth episode, "Doom Patrol," arrives on Friday.
