An official synopsis for the third episode of DC Universe's Doom Patrol has been released. The episode, titled "Pain Patrol," will focus on Niles Caulder (Timothy Dalton) and Rita Farr/Elastic Woman (April Bowlby) as they go to rescue Negative Man (Matt Bomer) from the clutches of Red Jack.
Red Jack in DC canon is a strange being who claims to be a God and ends up battling the Doom Patrol. He is eventually defeated by Crazy Jane. Roger Floyd will portray Red Jack in the episode.
The official synopsis for "Pain Patrol" reads:
In the wake of a terrifying omen, Niles and Rita enter the interdimensional palace of the infamous Red Jack (guest star ROGER FLOYD), who feeds on pain and has taken Larry prisoner. Jane is called to The Underground to receive an ultimatum, while her physical body travels to Florida with Cliff, who’s eager to prove he’s a good father. Back at the manor, Dorothy’s game of hide and seek ends badly.
Streaming now on DC Universe and HBO Max, Doom Patrol stars Brendan Fraser as Cliff Steele, Matt Bomer as Larry Trainor, Diana Guerrero as Crazy Jane, Alan Tudyk as Mr. Nobody, April Bowlby as Rita Farr, Joivan Wade as Vic Stone and Timothy Dalton as Niles Caulder. Season 2 premieres on both services Thursday, June 25.
