The Doctor has arrived in the latest clip for the upcoming season of Doctor Who.
Jodie Whittaker's Doctor storms a train in search of a doctor in the newest clip from the forthcoming season of Doctor Who. In the clip, which you can watch below, the Doctor is seen going about her business, ignoring the two people following closely behind her, until one of them goes on to address her as "madam," effectively forcing her to stop in her tracks.
"Why're you calling me madam?" She asks, confused after having, just a half hour earlier, been a white-haired Scotsman. As the woman explains that the Doctor is a woman, she goes on to ask if the change suits her. It's a fun introduction to the new Doctor, and one that is very much in line with the debuts of Doctors before her.
Season 11 is slated to premiere on Oct. 7 globally, and while that's exciting enough, fans lucky to attend New York Comic Con next week are in for an even bigger treat. BBC America announced earlier this week that, along with bringing the 13th Doctor to the convention, those in attendance at the panel on Sunday, Oct. 7 will be able to watch the season premiere together. Fans will then be treated to a panel that features Whittaker, as well as showrunner Chris Chibnall and executive producer Matt Strevens, at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden.
Doctor Who stars Jodie Whittaker as the latest iteration of the titular Time Lord. Whittaker will be joined by co-stars Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole and Mandip Gill in a season that will be spearheaded by new series showrunner Chris Chibnall. The highly anticipated Season 11 lands this fall.
