The official Doctor Who Tumblr exploded recently with new images from Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctors the 75-minute 50th-anniversary special. The photos include the first shot of stars Matt Smith, David Tennant and John Hurt on the set of the episode.

The Day of the Doctor will air Nov. 23 in a special worldwide simulcast.
