It sounds like the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness may bring Jericho Drumm/Brother Voodoo, a former Sorcerer Supreme in his own right in the comics, into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

According to The Illuminerdi, a casting call for the Doctor Strange sequel is seeking an actor to play a supporting male lead who's of Caribbean/Haitian descent. Brother Voodoo, of course, is canonically from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and this wouldn't be the first time the character's name has been tied to the film.

Jericho Drumm was created by Len Wein and Gene Colan and debuted in 1973's Strange Tales #169. After becoming a Houngan following the death of his brother Daniel, Jericho dubbed himself Brother Voodoo. Notably, he succeeded Stephen Strange as the Sorcerer Supreme for a brief period before Strange reclaimed the title.

Lending more credibility to Brother Voodoo's possible introduction is the framework that was established in the first Doctor Strange, which saw the aforementioned Daniel Drumm murdered by Kaecilius.
