EW also released new concept art for "Doctor Strange," which shows the good doctor surrounded by the glowing realm of the multiverse. If you look closely, you can see the Eye of Agamotto and Strange's magical bracelets illuminated with an eerie green light. What Strange is doing in this psychedelic multiverse is being kept secret, but director Scott Derrickson has said, "It is the section of the movie that is most directly inspired by the ‘60s and ‘70s "Doctor Strange" comic book, specifically the Steve Ditko panels that were very psychedelic."
