Concept artist Ryan Lang, whose credits also include Disney's "Big Hero 6," has shared some of the keyframes he created for the Scott Derrickson film. They showcase Doctor Strange's mystical battles in Mirror Dimension and Hong Kong, as well as alternate designs depicting a bald Kaecilius and an Ancient One with a full head of hair (complete with ponytail).

See some of the illustrations below, and the rest on Lang's ArtStation page.

“Doctor Strange” follows the story of world-renowned surgeon Stephen Strange, whose life changes following a career-ending car accident robs him of the use of his hands. When traditional medicine fails him, he searches for healing, and hope, in a mysterious enclave. He soon learns the people there are at the front line of a battle against unseen dark forces determined to destroy reality.
