The latest TV spot for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness confirms that two major WandaVision characters aren't yet done with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The brief trailer contains a clip wherein Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch is seen embracing her children Billy and Tommy. Based on the way the footage is cut, it seems as if Wanda is still unable to bring her twins to life as they ceased to exist when the fake reality around Westview crumbled in WandaVision. It's currently unknown how the two boys will factor into the narrative of Multiverse of Madness but fans speculate that Wanda will be trying to use her newfound powers to bring her sons to life.

Beyond the return of Billy and Tommy, the TV Spot also provides fans with a better look at one of Doctor Strange's evil variants. One of the scenes towards the end of the trailer sees an evil Doctor Strange opening a third eye on his forehead, prompting an exhausted response from the Master of the Mystic Arts. The rest of the trailer contains scenes audiences will recognize from older trailers, including Wong summoning a pair of magical swords and a glowing being some believe to be the Superior Iron Man.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will see the titular sorcerer dealing with the consequences of his actions in Spider-Man: No Way Home. After tearing down the boundaries between realities, Strange will be confronted with several versions of himself, such as the aforementioned evil Strange Supreme. The film is also set to introduce a wealth of new characters into the MCU, including the universe-hopping America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez).

Since the movie will be heavily dabbling in the multiverse, fans are expecting to see several cameos from cinematic franchises that have yet to appear in the MCU. Patrick Stewart's Professor X, from Fox's X-Men franchise, will allegedly make an appearance as part of the Illuminati while a Multiverse of Madness poster seemingly confirmed that Captain Carter from the animated What If...? series will also make her live-action debut. Some fans think Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool will have a cameo, something the actor has vehemently denied.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness hits cinemas on May 6.
