A trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness may be on the way soon.Fans have been clamoring for a sneak peek at the Doctor Strange sequel ever since it wrapped production back in June. With two more Marvel Cinematic Universe films still to come before it, an early look seemed unlikely, but if a new report is to be believed, fans could have a trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness by December. The news comes courtesy of Daniel Richtman, a scooper who is known to occasionally reveal industry news on Twitter.RELATED: Doctor Strange 2 Star Respects Director Change, Says 'Was Not My Decision'

While Richtman reports he's expecting the first trailer in December, he doesn't specify a time frame, leaving a wide scope. With Sam Raimi in the director's seat and the forthcoming introduction of America Chavez, fans are eagerly awaiting any and all teases of what's to come in the Doctor Strange sequel.

Even if the trailer doesn't hit in December, Benedict Cumberbatch will be seen reprising his Doctor Strange role before long. The actor will star alongside Tom Holland in the forthcoming Spider-Man: No Way Home, which will hit theaters on Dec. 17. The first trailer for that film showed the duo on a One More Day-style adventure that is set to explore the Multiverse within the MCU.
