The following contains spoilers of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, currently in theaters.

Hot Toys has announced a screen-accurate sixth scale figure based on Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the latest film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Available for pre-order on Sideshow, the upcoming figure features "a newly developed hand-painted head sculpt and a meticulously tailored screen accurate recreation of his layered costume" including "a new Cloak of Levitation with a blue patch, multiple accessories including the Book of Vishanti, a pair of handcuffs, his sling rings, the Eye of Agamotto and a selection of interchangeable mystic arts effects." The figure stands approximately 12.2" tall and features over 30 points of articulations in the body along with 10 interchangeable gloved hands. The product is expected to ship in 2023, between July and December.

The figure will also include an additional Doctor Strange head sculpt with a third eye on his forehead, which Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange received in the final moments of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. He is the third Doctor Strange variant to develop the third eye in the MCU Multiverse, after Doctor Strange Supreme and Sinister Strange. Those two variants received the third eye after they were corrupted with knowledge from the books of Cagliostro and the Darkhold, respectively. The inclusion of the third eye in the sixth scale figure will allow fans of the Doctor Strange sequel the opportunity to create all kinds of scenes from the MCU blockbuster.

Multiverse of Madness writer Michael Waldron previously explained his decision to end the film with Cumberbatch's titular Master of the Mystic Arts developing a third eye in the middle of his forehead and dropping to his knees in agony. "I felt like we had a happy ending. We were like, like, 'Gee, you know, for a movie where a lot of bad shit happens, we got kind of a happy ending here.' We really wrapped it up and that didn’t quite seem right," Waldron said. "We kept thinking about what Mordo warned Strange in the first movie: 'The bill comes due.' It’s like Wong says, 'You possessed your own corpse.' Like, is this guy ever going to face any consequences? And it just felt like a great nod to horror movies where there’s that final twist."

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has become a box office hit since it was released in theaters on May 6. The film has already earned over $500 million at the worldwide box office and achieved the box office milestone after only four days in cinemas. Multiverse of Madness' success led Disney CEO Bob Chapek to declare that the company was no longer concerned over its films being approved in China since "Doctor Strange did extraordinarily well" without being released in the country.
