WWE has been on a run the last few years by pulling in talent from Japan, New Japan Pro Wrestling in particular, though it doesn't always go well for the wrestlers. That has included members of the infamous Bullet Club faction such as Finn Bálor, A.J. Styles and Adam Cole. But the recently released tag team of Gallows and Anderson were also prominent members and they will be heading back to NJPW.

On a recent episode of GameSpot's Wrestle Buddies podcast, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson revealed that they will be making a return to NJPW. The duo confirmed that the deal between them and the company is in place, but stopped short of saying what that return would look like. Anderson teased, "When the time is right we'll probably do a nice surprise thing somewhere."

Gallows and Anderson, aka The Good Brothers, competed as a tag team and as members of the Bullet Club in NJPW for years before joining WWE at the behest of A.J. Styles. They were recently released by WWE as part of the Black Wednesday mass firing of talent and other staff. The team reputedly passed on a deal with AEW last year when offered a substantial pay by the WWE. The Good Brothers recently debuted with Impact as part of Slammiversary.

Like many wrestlers, Gallows and Anderson are making the best of their post-WWE careers. Fans will have to wait and see what their return to NJPW will look, though it appears that an interaction with the Bullet Club is on the horizon.
